Position: Junior Auditor
Duration: 6 months contract
Experience: No experience required. On the Job Training will be provided

Work within an verification team of a special investigative project as an auditor for a 6 month period. **Please ensure to strictly include a one page CV and Qualifications.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting financial audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and company procedures.
- Examining financial records, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Compiling a portfolio of evidence
- Assist in preparation of the draft audit report
- Performing substantive tests on financial data to detect any irregularities or discrepancies.
- Documenting audit findings, including deviations from established procedures and recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications:

- BCom degree or Diploma in accounting and/or auditing.
- Solid understanding of auditing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: R8 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month
