**Sales & Customer Success Consultant - Remote (Gauteng, UK Hours)**
**About Us**
TutorHelpMe is a UK-based online tutoring company helping students achieve academic success with expert one-to-one support. We are expanding into South Africa and seeking a **Sales & Customer Success Consultant** in Gauteng to join our growing team.
**The Role**
You will engage with parents and students in the UK, present our tutoring services, convert leads into paying customers, and manage the onboarding process. You will also provide excellent customer support throughout their learning journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients.
- Present TutorHelpMe services confidently and persuasively.
- Convert leads into confirmed enrolments.
- Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups.
- Deliver customer success support to ensure retention.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken and written English, with neutral or British-style accent preferred.
- Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience (BPO, telecom, education, or insurance sales an advantage).
- Target-driven with strong closing skills.
- Ability to work **Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM SAST (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM UK)**.
- Reliable internet and quiet home setup.
**Salary & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: ZAR 7,000 - 8,300/month (~£295 - £350)
- **Performance Bonus**: ZAR 70-120 per student sign-up
- **Earning Potential**: ZAR 11,000-12,000+ monthly with bonuses
