We’re looking for a **Collections Agent** to join our team at a **Law Firm** in the **Vehicle and Asset Finance (VAF) Early Stage** environment. If you thrive under pressure, have a knack for negotiation, and are keen to grow in the financial services space, we want to hear from you

This position is based in **Pretoria East.**There is a basic salary of up to R9500 **plus** commission and other benefits.

***Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory).
- Exposure to collections for **vehicle finance** at the **Early stage.**:

- Skilled in working with manual and predictive** dialers.**:

- Fluent in English (other South African languages a plus).
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when needed.
- Excalibur Experience.

**Experience Preferred**:

- 1-2 years in a call centre or financial services environment.
- Exposure to collections, vehicle finance, or banking products.
- Familiarity with CACS systems and banking platforms.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening.
- Customer-first mindset and service orientation.
- Basic understanding of vehicle finance terms.
- Confident in handling high call volumes.
- Knowledge of NCA, FICA, and POPIA compliance standards.
- Skilled in working with manual and predictive dialers.
- Able to manage pressure and strict deadlines.
- Inbound and outbound call experience.
