**Specifications**:

- Technical focus with a high degree of administrative discipline
- Stores workshop experience in a motor dealership
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to be part dynamic team, working with Senior Management, office staff and workshop technicians
- Understanding of basic business financials
- Exceptional time management skills

**Competencies**:

- Previous dealership experience including warranty procedures
- Accurate data entry skills with a high attention to detail
- An excellent understanding of automotive components

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry as a Warranty Clerk
- Matric or N3 qualification
- MS Office (Excel,Outlook)
- DMS experience (Automate,Evolve,ADP/kerridge) will be an advantage
- A very strong technical and administrative background
