Our client is looking for a young experienced admitted conveyancer to join their team to make sure that all legal obligations involved in property transactions are adhered to.

- Have a good understanding of the internal and external processes

**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- You will be working on private properties
- Drafting of Bond Registration document
- Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents
- Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office
- General conveyancing duties

**Boxes to tick**
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification - LLB degree
- 3+ years' experience working in a law firm
- Experience property transfers and bonds
- Experience in Transfers and FNB & Nedbank Bonds
