**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research, canvass, prospect and acquire new clients.
- Focus on client engagement and development.
- Inspire a team culture with curiosity and drive for performance.
- Stage and show home and living spaces.
- Advertise and market properties.
- Manage promotional activities.
- Initiating projects to improve or expand our brand.
- Proactively build relationships with clients.
- Discover clients criteria and find suitable living spaces that fit their criteria.
- Negotiate property rentals and sales, and close deals with clients.

**Minimum Experience**:

- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the real estate industry.
- Self motivated and entrepreneurial with no reservations about networking.
- Strong creative, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Track record of delivering ambitious growth in challenging external environments.
- People and client management experience.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Time management.
- Must have own laptop, mobile phone and reliable vehicle.
- Laptop must be available with the latest software.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
