We are looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the right-hand to the Founder/CEO of Carry1st, Cordel Robbin-Coker. You will work with the company’s leadership team, investors, and key partners - as well as flex across different functions on strategic projects. This is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in every facet of our dynamic business, driving pivotal projects that fuel our growth and innovation.

**In this role, you will**
- Gain a holistic understanding of the business in a fast-paced generalist role which serving as the ‘right hand’ to one of the founders
- Strategy: Spearhead strategic initiatives across geographic expansion, strategic finance, and partnerships effecting business growth and innovation.
- Fundraising: Prepare for, and drive the execution of, the next successful fundraise with blue-chip VC firms and strategic investors
- Board & Investor Relations: Support Investor Relations, including reporting and preparation for Board Meetings
- Recruiting: Lead selected executive recruiting initiatives of top global talent across product, engineering, marketing, and operations

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years working experience in consulting, investment banking, or technology
- Strong combination of analytical / problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence at a top-tier educational institution or alternative pursuit
- Experience living or working in a frontier market with a strong preference for Africa
- Passion for games or consumer fintech
