This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for individuals with a strong network in the IT industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, particularly IT Support Engineer, Network Support Engineer, and Desktop Support Engineer.
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for global positions and understanding of different markets.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software.
