Veterinarian

A full-time veterinarian is needed for a private, small animal hospital.

(Accommodation will be provided for night time position)

Salary will depend on experience.

SAVC registration is mandatory.

Bachelor Degree.

2-3 years experience.

**Requirements**:

- Compassionate towards owners and their animals
- Team player
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Works well under pressure.
- Fluent English.
- Management skills is beneficial
- Sales skills is required
- License is advantageous
- Strong work ethic

Duties and responsibilities includes:

- Examining animals and making diagnosis's
- Interpreting diagnostic results
- Identifying and vaccination again diseases
- Variety of medical workups and surgeries
- Euthanizing of animals on request
- Advising on general health care and, medication and care
- Office-related administration
- Telephone etiquette
- Communication skills, written and oral

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and employees are required to sanitize. Common surfaces are cleaned regularly, masks are optional.
