We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our Canal Walk team As our Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales.

Sales Representative duties and responsibilities:

- Learn details about our products and services
- Explain how our solutions align with customer
- Approach customers at the mall
- Demonstrate our products
- Persuade the customer to purchase.

Sales Representative requirements and qualifications:

- Experience working as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Meeting sales goals
- Closing skills

1. SALARY AND BENEFITS

a. Trial Period:
i. It is understood and agreed that the first 14 workdays of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee's employment, for

any reason without notice or cause.

ii. A working day will be counted according to the following conditions:
1. The employee arrived at the workplace and was present between the hours agreed in advance.

2. We do not consider days off or sick days to be workdays

3. If the employee left ahead of time or arrived late without confirmation - the working day will not be counted.

iii. 3 Objectives to achieve:
b. Hours:
i. Morning shift: 08:30 - 19:00

ii. Late shift: 10:30- 21:00

c. Working days:
i. Work is on all days of the week except 1 off day (not Saturday or Sundays).

ii. The work includes public holidays and weekends.

d. Pay:
1. R1000 once off bonus

2. Total of his sales commissions/ per day:
a. R0-R5000 = 15%

R5001 - R10000 = 20%

R10001 onwards = 25%

(14% of administrators will be deducted from

commissions)

1. No bonus

2. Total of his sales commissions:
a. R0-R5000 = 15%

R5001 - R10000 = 20%

R10001 onwards = 25%

(14% of administrators will be deducted from commissions)

e. Performance Reviews:
i.

ii. After 14 working days, you will return to the office to review your performance We will look at 3 things:
1. The number of quotes you sent to customers

2. What are the total sales you made

3. Your attendance. We will check if you arrived late or left earlier than expected

iii.

a. Sales Target is: R25000

b. If you achieve the target, your monthly salary will be based on commissions + base salary.

i. Basic salary

1. Monday - Saturday: R100

Sundays: R150

Public holidays: R200

ii. Commission

1. R0-R5000 = 12%

R5001 - R10000 = 17%

R10001 onwards = 22%

(14% of administrators will be deducted from commissions)

c. If you didn’t achieve the target, your monthly salary will be based on commissions only.

1. R0-R5000 = 12%

R5001 - R10000 = 17%

R10001 onwards = 22%

f. Salaries

i. Salaries will be paid on the first of each month.

ii. 10% roll-over (10% of the sale commission will be paid after 30 days)

iii. 10% savings ( 10% of each salary will be paid after 6 months)

Ability to commute/relocate:
Canal Walk, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: R3,750.00 - R25,000.00 per month
