B-BBEE Analyst Job Description:
The Analyst will be expected to conduct BEE Preliminary Ratings for Thriving Dirang clients in accordance with documented procedures.

Job

**Responsibilities**:
1. Rating and Gap Analysis Process:

- Collate B-BBEE documentation from the client,
- Conduct onsite inspection
- Upload and prepare preliminary scorecard for verification
- Finalise scorecard.
- Ensure all relevant records stored in correct electronic folders and on file
- Liaise between Senior Consultant and Verification Analyst or Manager until certification satisfactorily completed.
- Delegate Authority to admin staff, as required, to undertake activities
- Present all work to consultant, working directly under Senior Consultant

2. Training and Technical:

- Understand all sector codes and have a deep knowledge and ability to interpret and simplify legislation
- Compile scorecards, conduct assessments
- Update calculators
- Remain up to date on BEE development

3. Attributes:

- Ability to write and verbally communicate at the highest level
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under a documented management system standard

4. Requirements Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

- LLB Degree or BCom degree
- 1 - 3 years’ commercial experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R1,00 - R2,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
