**About the position**
We seek a detail-oriented and analytical **Lead Research**and**data** Enrichment Specialist** to join our team as a contractor. In this role, you will source, cleanse, enrich, and score prospect data with your tools to ensure high-quality leads are provided to the sales team for outreach activities. Your expertise and efficiency will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategies by delivering actionable and reliable data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source potential leads from your databases, tools, and platforms.

**Data Cleansing**:

- Verify, validate, and cleanse prospect data to ensure accuracy and remove duplicates.
- Standardize and organize data according to company guidelines.
- Use third-party tools or platforms to enrich prospect data with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyze and score leads based on predefined criteria such as company fit, intent, and engagement levels.
- Segment enriched data into target groups to align with outreach strategies.

**Collaboration with Sales and Marketing**:

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand lead qualification criteria and target audience needs that will be provided.
- Ensure the enriched data aligns with campaign objectives and outreach efforts.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate sourced and enriched data records within the CRM or data management systems.
- Provide regular reports on data quality, lead scoring insights, and potential areas for improvement.

**Tool and Technology Management**:

- Use tools like data enrichment software (Apollo/Clay/Google map scraper ) to execute daily tasks.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to enhance the data enrichment process.
