Our client is currently seeking for a Chief Risk Officer to join their Team.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Communicate and maintain risk strategies and a risk appetite across the different business units.
- Oversee all risk profiles and provide leadership, challenge, and analyze risk and reward.
- Manage relationships with and regularly assess the requirements of the Board Risk Committee, Executive Committees.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic risks related projects and risk transformation agendas.
- Committing to rigorous stress and scenario testing of the business and material risks to ensure a sufficient level of risk mitigation is in place.
- Design and motivate risk models to support the business risk management strategy.

**Minimum Requirements**
- A relevant Honors or Master’s qualification within the business and risk frameworks.
- 5 - 7 years’ experience with atleast 3 years at Senior Management level.
