**4. Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Implement customer loyalty programs and promotions.

**5. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and minimize shrinkage.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reports.

**6. Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure store security, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Report any security incidents or compliance issues.

**7. Marketing and Promotions**:

- Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute national campaigns.
