**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all operations, follow up, arranging logistics for our customers whether it be sea/air /import / export / rates negotiations / Ro Ro break bulk etc.
- Handling actual operations i.e requesting ANFs, paying lines, submitting docs to lines once released and the whole scope of forwarding / clearing operations (apart from doing the actual physical entry)
- Estimator and follow up of all estimates done for the two directors or any other estimates required Controller will be given a portfolio of customers which she must handle all requirements / customer service update / operations etc. for these customers
- Detailed knowledge of dealing with all role-players in the logistics field is required as well as detailed operations experience
- Must handle shipments door to door, keep customers informed, arrange deliveries etc.
- Arranging all bookings with agents, airlines, shipping lines, transporters and negotiating the best rates
- Coordination with overseas agents for bookings, rates and do the follow ups
- Daily reports to keep clients updated
- Arranging all docs required for the job, checking documents etc.
- Ensuring all tasks are handled timeously
- All operations regarding the movement of cargo imports and export as well as follow up, ensuring shipments go smoothly to keep customers happy
- Always keeping the companys best interests at heart and always acting professional and in the best interest of the company Invoicing
- Estimates
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Matric
- 3-4 years experience in clearing and forwarding
- ShipShape
- MS Office Packages

**Package & Remuneration**:
R20k-R25k CTC including provident fund contribution
