To maintain partner relationships and grow customer frequency and attendances with the Nu Metro brand and thereby increase the lifetime value of our customer base and market share.

Has a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.

Work closely with Nu Metro Partners, Senior Marketing Manager, Business Intelligence, Operations (including the Call Centre) and the greater Marketing and Content team to integrate customer engagement initiatives into every.

**Partner management**

Contract negotiations.

Facilitate marketing presence on NMC and their platforms.

Cross promotions with NMC / studios / Centre management (utilise site coordinator for Centre).

Seasonal/ themed campaigns where applicable.

Weekly partner reports - outlining marketing and monitoring stats (i.e. usage) per partner

Manage budgets per partner - specific Partner management fees

Manage artwork brief and production requirements to meet deadlines

Communication management to sites and NMC key stakeholders

Ongoing, regular site training on partner benefits

**Scene Club - Loyalty**

Strategically adapt and implement relevant enhancements to the value proposition so as to remain relevant and competitive.

Communication plan to drive transactional behaviour or brand engagement (dependent on the communication objective of that piece of communication)

Ensure integration with digital teams to ensure Club benefits, communication and strategic objectives are met

Increase and maintain transacting memberships
- Manage the liability of the points within the Club, through ensuring:

- Expiry of points is automated and monitored
- Customers are notified of upcoming expiration of points
- Encourage utilisation of points to drive perception of value in the mind of the consumer.
- Feedback metrics of Club and campaign performance to stakeholders
- Creating target segments for promotional or title-specific communication and executing campaigns

**CRM**

Understand and help with segmentation of Club database - in conjunction with Marketing and Content Exec and BI.

Develop and implement the communication plan for each stage of the customer’s journey with Nu Metro, ensuring that this communication is driving the desired behavior - spend or frequency or both.

Ensuring integration with all customer touchpoints to ensure consistency of message.

**Affiliates**

Manage artwork brief and production requirements to meet affiliates deadlines

Facilitate sales and packages

Communication management

Regular relationship management with all affiliates and potential aggregators for additional bulk purchases - ongoing

Ensuring strategic partners and possible aggregators are aware of events and encourage participation where possible/relevant

**Ad hoc**

Segment or campaign report presentations for studios or internal stakeholders as requested relative to Club and/or partners.

Write terms and conditions for all Nu Metro Club, CRM or partner campaigns and promotions.

**Qualifications, Technical Skills, Knowledge and Ability**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, or previous relevant experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
- Strong skills with data analysis and the ability interpret transactional, financial and sales data.
- Sound people skills and the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.
- Strong understanding of loyalty metrics and analytics drivers to create sales pathways.
- Ability to plan and prepare for outcomes on the basis of priority and effective management of time.
- Comfortable negotiating and working with key suppliers.
- Technical knowledge relevant to the position, and a commitment to continuously update skills.
- Good communication skills both oral and written at all levels.
- Ability to learn and understand details pertaining to the organisation’s effective operation.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R38 000,00 per month
