Just as they breathe new life into old buildings, they seek to understand, up skill, and develop their own team. The HOD of Human Capital is integral in this function. Reporting to the HR Executive who is looking to retire within the next 3 years, this HOD will sit on the Management Committee of the company, where you will be groomed to succeed the HR Executive in time. With two business partners to support you, a dedicated recruiter & administrative support on your team, the role is set to focus on organisational alighnment, succession planning, a wide variety of IR issues and compliance matters. See Human Capital as a service provider to support to a wide variety of business units and so realise that it is a commercially minded individual who can communicate clearly at a range of levels who will be sought. As such it would suit someone with an Honours Degree in HR, Industrial Phycology or Social Sciences as well as ten years' of broad HR experience; including business partnering, talent management, learning and development, remuneration and benefits management and performance management.
_ A minimum of 5 years' direct management experience is also required._
