We are looking for someone who is FAST, SMART & FRIENDLY to join our iClick Store in Zevenwacht Mall. We are famous for Print, Design, Internet and Tech, and seeking for someone for who is passionate about computers.

**The successful applicant must have**:

- Above average computer knowledge;
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe software and all software that are being used in the Business Centre;
- High level of attention to detail;
- The ability to spell correctly;
- An awareness of the retail environment.

**Advantageous requirements include**:

- Knowledge of computer maintenance and software installation;
- Technical Hardware knowledge

**The Duties of the Production Specialist will include but is not limited to**:

- Provide excellent customer service;
- Provide services such as document solutions, administrative tasks, design solutions and all other operations provided by iClick Business Centre;
- Diligently follow the Processes and Governances of iClick Business Centre;
- Write and understand a Print, Design & Technical brief;
- Assist customers when they have questions using the computer;
- Study and understand the pricing in order to provide quotes to clients;
- Live the Company values of Fast, Smart & Friendly
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Business;
- Dealing directly with customers;
- Be courteous and poise as customers can be demanding and impatient at the best of times;
