GAAP Point of Sale is recruiting a **Point of Sale Trainer**. The position is based at our offices in Durban and the successful applicant will be reporting to the **National Training Manager** or their nominees at GAAP where applicable.
The position will be working primarily with, but not limited to, our new UNITY software.

**List of Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**:

- Creation and Maintenance of comprehensive training documentation
- Internal Training of GAAP employees
- Support and Testing
- Supporting client queries where issues have been raised.
- Testing any issues reported by clients.
- Testing any new releases of the software from development.
- General operational duties assigned as required.

**Minimum Requirements Competencies**:

- Understanding Operations within Hospitality and Retail sectors.
- Working management experience within Hospitality and Retail sectors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Good Communication Skills (written and oral).
- Attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure.
- Punctual, reliable, and presentable.
- Reliable home infrastructure to allow efficient remote working.
- Can work independently and achieve goals without constant supervision while working remotely.

**Please note that working hours for this position are from 08:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday but will require some overtime work.**

**Experience**:

- Hospitality management: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
