We are seeking a motivated and client-focused **Business Development Representative** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, relationship building, and driving business growth in the mortgage industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business opportunities.
- **Sales: Sale, sale, sale**:

- **Networking**: Represent LBC Mortgage at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and build connections.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support business development strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- **Performance Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, leads, and outcomes to measure progress and improve strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (mortgage or financial services experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work remote for USA (PST) Time zone.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry, loan products, or financial services is highly desirable but not required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
