**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Prepare submission for appointment of bid specification and evaluation committees
- Issue appointment letters to members of the bid specification and evaluation committee (BSEC)
- Prepare minutes after BSEC meetings and submit for approval by the Chairperson
- Compiling and finalization of the bid documents for publication/advertisement
- Attend briefing sessions and BSEC meetings
- Receive bids on losing date and record bids received on bid opening certificate
- Publish bids received on the platform that the bid was advertised
- Prepare bid closing certificate in the proper media
- Compliance and verification tasks
- Determining the responsiveness of the bid as pre-qualification criteria and mandatory requirements
- Prepare evaluation report for approval by National Bid Adjudication Committee
- Facilitating and convening of Evaluation Committees.
- Drafting request for terms of reference (TOR)

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualifications**
Applicants must be in a possession of a grade 12 Certificate.

**Job related knowledge**: Knowledge of supply Chain Management. Knowledge of Treasury regulations. Knowledge of Government stores policies.

**Job related skills**: Computer literacy. Communication skills (verbal and written). Organising skills. Good interpersonal skills.
