Requirements
- An LLB/BCom Law qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Contract Management,

managing high value strategic contracts or the development (a

multi-fold) of same.
- Ability to interpret, implement and manage complex legal

contracts
- Ability to manage legal contract dispute processes, as well as

processing large volumes of documentation and contracts, with high

attention to detail, whilst working within tight timeframes.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency)
- Effective oral / written communication skills
- Valid Code B driver’s licence, able-bodied and willingness to travel
- No criminal record.

Key Performance Areas
- Design and implement the contracts administration systems, and

processes in the department.
- Develop and implement uniform contracts administration

methodology for public transport service contracts.
- Lead and control the contracts review processes of all intermodal,

and inter-related public transportation contracts.
- Coordinate the monthly contracts reporting, and contractors’

performance management of all intermodal service contracts.
