We are hiring a Human Resources (HR) graduate to be upskilled as a generalist within PepsiCo. Make the first steps of your career count. The Graduate Programme is a learning journey that will focus on building functional competence in HR whilst providing access to mentoring and sponsorship under the tutorship of an exceptional leader.

This functional programme is designed to generate new learning, explore and build new behaviours, competencies and promote access to networking opportunities for your professional career.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- A Tertiary Qualification (3 Year Degree) in Human Resources Management and/or Organisational Psychology, post graduate qualification advantageous
- Willing to travel within South Africa
- 1-2 years’ experience
