**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Transport and Public Works, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to assist with the development of portfolio and immovable asset management plans. This post is based in Cape Town.

**Minimum Requirements**:
An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree, equivalent or higher); A minimum of 3 years supervisory level experience in an asset management of related environment; A valid code B driving licence.

NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.

**Recommendation**:
Relevant experience in immovable asset management.
