Account Manager: Global Content Marketing Agency

We have a fantastic, fully remote opportunity for a dynamic Account Manager at a UK based Branding and Content Marketing agency working within the recruitment sector. As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients from the recruitment sector. You’ll be consistently delivering projects that hit the brief on deadline and within budget. The role of the Account Manager in their personal brand management division is huge. They are the movers, the ones who make sure what we do is the very best it can be. They build trust with clients and fire up the internal teams. And most importantly they are passionate about results, relationships, and revenue. Sound like you? How soon can you start?
**Responsibilities**:
- Building a creative environment where amazing work happens
- Leading client calls and workshops - noting key details down
- Feeding creative ideas into the copy team via briefing process
- Writing posts where required
- Reviewing and critiquing copy work
- Ensuring amends are completed accurately and timely
- Building strong rapport and trust with the clients - adding value and ideas consistently
- Training and driving the clients daily 20:10:5 strategy - building training out
- Researching - across social media trends and new ideas we can try
- Optimising - our processes to continually delight our clients and drive efficiencies
- Integrating clients with tech platforms - Kontentino and Shield
- Providing feedback to the account director on client health
- Encouraging continuous feedback from clients - relationship and results focus
- Ensuring timelines are stuck to
- Accountable for 12 clients
- All client reports completed and sent within first 3 working days of each month
- Continuous evidence of client wins
- Timely and accurate communication
- Evidence of bringing new ideas to the table consistently
- Serve as the main point of client contact and communication (keep other AM cc’d in)
- Booking in client copy workshops and owning questions/strategy
- Creating monthly report - sending on with cover details
- First point of review for social copy and amends
- Owning projects, booking in tasks and following briefing processes
- Scheduling clients Kontentino posts
- Updating HubSpot pipeline
- Helping with client renewals
- Continuous value-add / relationship building.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 2-3 years in an Agency environment, (at least 1 year in AM role)
- Previous experience: Marketing / Advertising / Branding - ideal
- Agency background - non-negotiable
- Great communications skills, with strong written and verbal comms (English first language) - non-negotiable
- Good energy, able to build relationships with clients
