**Product Management**
- Drives business requirements and product feature definition for each product portfolio to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital customer experience
- Defines and assigns features to specific releases to meet key business objectives and serving customer expectations
- Sets product prioritisation and ensures appropriate delivery through a cross-functional team
- Active team member in business and IT teams to drive business objectives through product market fit
- Serves as key integration point with IT development, business process, architecture and business leadership
- Establishes and monitors customer satisfaction and other KPIs to define the success of our digital experiences; identifies and lead efforts to analyse results and continuously improve our performance through product improvements
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Work with stakeholders to understand their strategy, requirements and priorities to translate needs into recommended initiatives & projects that affect the product
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Continuously improve product engagement through active customer development and testing
- Define and track the metrics and data that will inform all product features and functionality decisions.
- Create business cases to motivate the prioritization of these initiatives to improve and drive these metrics.
- Analyse and understand project scope and core objectives through requirements workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements
- Use relevant data, analysis and external benchmarks to inform these requirements
- Elicit detailed, low level functional requirements and document these requirements such that detailed technical specifications can be compiled by Engineering

**Operations & Finance**
- Drive exceptional customer services across omnichannel digital products
- Adhere to and improve customer service levels across businesses and services
- Provide integrated reporting and feedback across
- Drive customer centric culture, processes and ways of working
- Plan, evaluate and manage budget for Product on a monthly and yearly basis

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Graduate degree or similar in IT, Engineering, Commerce or Marketing
- 3+ years' experience in product development environments
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Working knowledge of product development architecture
- Experience in an e-commerce, retail, rewards and loyalty programs would be to your advantage

**Attributes Required**:

- Must have a proven track record of execution and can formulate a detailed product roadmap, and to execute on that plan.
- Ability to wear multiple hats to guide business analysts, UX experts, and engineering to deliver world-class products.
- Be solution-oriented, accountable, highly motivated and have a robust personality.
- The ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations by identifying critical problems and driving solutions.
- Strong analytical background with data-driven decision-making. Attention to detail with a curious mind
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- An avid customer advocate.
- Understanding of design quality standards
- Ability to prioritize effectively
