**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Admin/General**
- Load all suppliers and invoices/credits onto the OMNI system accurately.
- Ensure that the outstanding balances on suppliers are monitored regularly.
- Ensure the processing of daily Sales transactions.
- Send the list of the card transactions to the Financial & Administrative Assistant on a daily basis.
- Monitor sales on a daily basis and send it through to the CEO accordingly.
- Cash ups must be done on a daily bases.

**Deals and Pricing**
- Ensure that all pricing on OMNI is correct and corresponds with the pricing on shelf.
- Make sure that the correct prices are on shelf for customers to see.
- Ensure to liaise with the Financial Manager regularly to determine any price increases or specials on the products.
- The Manager must be on the floor to promote and market products to the public, especially new products.
- Create an information list of clients to contact whenever there are specials.
- Update the price lists continuously.
- Ensure to send the updated price lists to the clients.

**Managing of personnel**
- Keeping timesheets and attendance registers of staff.
- Manage and initiate all disciplinary actions continuously.
- **Stock control / General shop environment**:

- Conduct daily stock take to determine the levels of the products for orders to be placed.
- Monitor the expired stock and short dated stock on a daily basis.
- General monthly stock take of all products must be conducted by this role.
- Make sure that the shelves are full and inviting for customers to buy the products.
- Responsible for all customer queries and complaints at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in Admin and Financial related tasks.
- Retail background is a priority.
- Understand customer service principles.
- Must have Matric.
- Speak and write English fluently - knowledge of a second language to your advantage'.
