Purpose:
Execute fixed asset financial compliance and reporting at TPL, including Statutory Reporting, in line with International Financial Reporting Standards.

**Duties**:
Coordination of the revaluation of assets and decommissioning provision engagements in line with the reporting requirements.

Coordination of the annual asset verification and associated amendments to the fixed asset register.

Prepare asset reporting in line with IFRS and the Companies Act.

Execution of asset capitalisation in line with IFRS and tax legislation.

Ensure accurate and valid processing of asset scrapping in line with the delegation of authority.

Calculation of asset values, borrowing costs, depreciation, revaluations and reserves for the 10-year budget cycle and 5-year corporate plan.

Ensure the timeous engagement of the external service provider in order to meet the reporting deadline.

Qualifications & Experience:
B Com Financial Accounting
- Eight (5) to ten (8) years of experience in asset reporting.
- Middle management experience (2 -3 years) in asset reporting.Excellent Knowledge on asset accounting, IFRS, taxation (Income tax and VAT).

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From R900,000.00 per year
