_**Role Summary**_
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Project Leadership & Management**:_
- _Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from design through to final commissioning and handover._
- _Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations._
- _Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budget constraints._
- _Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders._
- **Technical Oversight (Mandatory Focus)**:_
- _Oversee and/or directly contribute to the _**design**_ _of integrated electronic _**Access Control systems**_ _and _**CCTV camera**_ _solutions._
- _Manage the _**installation**_ _and _**commissioning**_ _processes for these integrated systems, ensuring quality and functionality._
- _Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to the installation team._
- **Team Management**:_
- _Supervise and mentor the project team and technical staff._
- _Ensure all team members are aware of project objectives, safety standards, and quality control procedures._
- **Documentation & Compliance**:_
- _Manage project documentation, including design specifications, commissioning reports, and handover documents._
- _Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements._
- **Minimum Requirements (MANDATORY)**_
- _**Experience**:_ _A minimum of five (5) years' demonstrable experience in the design and/or managing installation and commissioning of integrated electronic Access Control systems and CCTV cameras._
- _**Certification/Qualification**:_ _A recognized certificate or qualification in Project Management_
