**Duties & Responsibilities: MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO (2) YEARS MOTOR SALES EXPERINCE**
- **Discussing customer’s needs and the features of different vehicles.**:

- **Arranging test-drives.**:

- **Negotiating the sale price, including any trade-in value for a customer’s old car.**:

- **Working out finance, including cash and car loans.**:

- **Selling accessories or after -sale service.**:

- **Completing paperwork.**:

- **Reaching sales target**

**Desired Experience & Qualification: MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO (2) YEARS MOTOR SALES EXPERINCE**
- **The perfect individual must have experience and knowledge of the skills needed within the motor industry.**:

- **Product knowledge.**:

- **Negotiation skills.**:

- **Financial literacy.**:

- **Persuasion skills.**:

- **Adaptability.**:

- **Ability to listen to what the customer has to say.**:

- **Ability to sell effectively over the phone.**:

- **Ability to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards.**:

- **Must be aggressive in selling: and possess a positive attitude.**:

- **Must be excellent at communicating information.**

**Package & Remuneration: MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO (2) YEARS MOTOR SALES EXPERINCE**

**Lucrative Commission structure. Opportunity to earn an unmatched income (From R40 000 - R100 000 monthly). The basic salary will be dependent on sales volumes.**

**Fantastic commission structure is in place PLUS**:

- **Medical Aid Contribution**:

- **Comms on Extras sold.**:

- **Comms on Special units sold.**

**Must have valid driver’s license and computer literacy is essential.**

**No company car will be provided.**

**Salary**: Up to R100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)

**Salary**: R1,00 - R100 000,00 per month
