The position is in a well-established Company in Amanzimtoti that manages residential and commercial property portfolios. They distinguish themselves from their competitors by their professional approach to letting and managing properties. We are looking for a person with a professional approach to his/her job and a strong work ethic to join this committed and enthusiastic team.

**Requirements**:
Be familiar with accounting computer programs, preferably cloud based.
Have great knowledge of property law and especially the STSMA and the PPRA etc

Duties will include:
Capture all the various aspects dealing with owners, levies, CSOS accounts, water accounts, and parking fees, send out the levy statements,

Post the payments and receipts and body corporate expenditure,

Present monthly financial statements,

Reconcile cash books and owners accounts,

Prepare budgets and levies,

Prepare 10-year maintenance plans,

Run meetings and ensure quorums are met and all minutes taken, AGM, Trustees Meetings SGM’s

**Salary**: Up to R12,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
