**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
- Minimum 5 years experience working in property assisting with rentals dealing with tenants, buyers and landlords
- Excellent communication in English, written and spoken
- Strong administration duties
- Ability to use initiative with very good attention to detail skills
- Long term view to a career in property

**DUTIES**
- Arranging contracts between agents and landlords.
- Arranging keys and access.
- Confirming potential tenants/buyers with landlords.
- Completing the process of a sale or letting and obtaining commissions into the correct account.
- Liaising with the company accountant for invoices and payments.
- Ensuring quarterly accounts are sent.
- Confirming funds and arranging invoices and payments for floats, lettings commissions, sales commissions and management instructions.
- Organisation for receiving guests at Advanced Management properties.
- Ensuring that inspections are carried out
- Managing day to day maintenance.
- Various arrangement of attendance/inspections to properties for remedial work and reviews.
- Ensure access is provided for workmen/consultants where necessary.
- Booking maintenance jobs when necessary.

**Salary**: R depending on experience.
