Job Title: Technical Writer

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Create and update technical documentation, Did you Knows, User Guides, Technotes and Help Articles for our software products.

3. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly content.

4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather information and validate technical details.

5. Edit and proofread documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.

6. Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and meets the needs of the target audience.

7. Maintain a documentation repository and version control system for easy access and retrieval of documentation.

8. Continuously improve documentation processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and quality.

9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the software industry.

3. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

4. Proficiency in using documentation tools.

5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Knowledge of software development processes and technologies.

8. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and learn new technologies.

**Salary**: Up to R500,000.00 per year
