**Position Summary**:
The quality officer is responsible for assuring that the product(s) delivered to customer(s) meet with the contractual and other agreed upon performance, design, reliability, and maintainability expectations of that customer. The core purpose of Quality Assurance is to prevent mistakes and defects in the development, production, installation and maintenance of the site installation materials and their related accessories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on planning, process management, quality assessment and improvement.
- Building quality requirements in the process, we continue to improve the quality of delivery, reduce the quality failure costs and promote operation
- Proactively communicate with customers, handle customer complaints, listen to customer voices, plan and participate in VOC improvement, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Updating and improving quality control procedures in response to changes in technology or industry standards
- Monitoring the performance of staff members to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively
- Develop the QC template.
- Review daily QCs for all the completed sites
- Use of performance measures, project based key tasks, the efficient operation of the team, leading the team to improve the quality of management execution, ensure to achieve the goal of quality

**Qualification**:

- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or IT related course
- Relevant work experience in a similar / related role
- Comprehensive knowledge of IOT structures (must be a fast learner)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
