**Position**: Human Resources Intern

**Location**: Montana, Pretoria

**Role Overview**:

- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Support HR professionals in training and development initiatives.
- Participate in employee relations activities and grievance handling.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
- Gain exposure to HRIS systems and data analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be based in or near Montana, Pretoria.
