DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions:

- Customer Service
- Retirement Fund Administration

- Query Resolutions driven
- Excellent time management skills
- Workload prioritisation and allocation
- Managing the processing of all daily transactions in an accurate and timeous manner within the required time frame Adhere to business specific requirements.
- Identify and contribute to on-going process enhancement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Retirement Funds experience (Withdrawals; Ill Health; section 37C; Retirements; Unclaimed; Surplus and section 37D)
- Retirement Funds qualification - advantageous
- Everest system - advantageous
- Excel and Word - Good
- RE5 - advantageous
- Grade 12 - mandatory
- Postgraduate Qualification - mandatory
- Ensure productivity levels are optimised
- Leading and motivating a team of individuals

Administration that delivers
- Ensuring the team’s delivery and productivity in line with the team and company’s

strategic goals
- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
- Analysing team metrics and performance to drive continues query improvement
- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- monitor employee’s performance and provide feedback/coaching accordingly based on desired outcomes
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
- Provide the necessary quality assurance of output of department
- Monitor the various digital channels
- Be able to work under pressure.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Retirement Funds withdrawals;: 3 years (required)
