This position requires a Senior National Operations Manager that can oversee and manage multiple warehouses/branches. The ideal incumbent must have excellent supply chain, logistics experience and knowledge, budgets, forecasting, inventory management, OPEX, CAPEX and lean six sigma are the minimum requirements for this role

The National Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of Grandmark’s warehouses by managing distribution, warehousing and fleet. The National Operations Manager will ensure that stock is delivered to our customers on time by the branches, and in full achieving customer service levels of 96% at an optimal cost.

The National Operations Manager plays a significant role in controlling the branch stock levels, stock losses and damages, driving efficiencies and performance while ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Create and execute the strategic business plan for Branch Operations
- Oversee Branch Operations
- Drive customer Service levels and Stock fulfilment
- Management of Branch Operations Managers
- Manage Branch expenditure.
- Maintain Branch Standards
- Oversee Stock and inventory management.
- Oversee Branch Administration and Financial management.
- Drive optimization and waste elimination
- Comply to risk and compliance standards

**Minimum requirements**:

- 10 years of management experience in the motor industry or FMCG, Management, Logistics Management or equivalent qualification, Sales management experience will be a benefit.
- FMCG knowledge
- Stock / inventory Management processes
- Operational management

**Salary**: Up to R100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
