Office Administrator

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Previous experience within an adaptive and comprehensive office role.
- Computer Literacy is essential with a proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience working with Sage is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Matric Qualification, private secondary education is preferred. Tertiary education an advantage.
- Must have a drivers license & own transport.
- Capturing and processing invoices.
- Handling administration within the business to keep operations well oiled and organised.
- Implementation of new procedures to enhance organization and administration.
- Introducing measures which enhance efficiency.
- Managing the parts store by labelling all parts, organising parts neatly, and picking parts according to job cards and picking slips.
- Managing parts and pricing on Pastel partner accounting system.
- Implementation of frequent stock counts.
- Learning all the different parts and components to be able to assist customers with after-sales services.
- Liaising with workshop staff on progress with jobs and updating customers.
- Preparing purchase orders to purchase goods from suppliers.
- Frequently checking mails for enquiries, customer support or internal assistance.
- Managing responsibilities effectively to ensure priorities are handled successfully.
- Handle tasks efficiently and effectively with a fine attention to detail. Following company procedures.
