A minimum of 3 years Short Term Insurance Personal Lines technical-underwriting experience. Sound knowledge of Portfolio Management (i.e. assessing policies to impose additional excesses, providing notice of cancellations, etc), analyzing data and identifying savings and claims leakages. Preparing detailed monthly reports on all actions taken in the previous month. Preparing Ad Hoc reports where required. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required.

**Job Description**:

Administrative and operations support: Provide specialist underwriting support and advice against standard operating procedures | Ad Hoc duties: Provide support to customers and team as required on an ongoing basis | Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards | Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.

Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
