Commercial Sales Representative

**COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE - JOHANNESBURG**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the National Product Specialist with the FAAC ASD (Automatic Sliding Door) range.
- Able to approach prospects with a specific focus on a commercial range of products, which include but not limited to:
- o ASD's
- o Industrial Gate Operators
- o Bollards
- o Turnstiles
- o Traffic Barriers
- o Spike Barriers
- o RSO
- o Access Control
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clientele, providing support, information, and guidance.
- Identifying projects and tenders through lead generation tools, cold calling, industry information etc.
- Seeing projects through from start to end ensuring a successful handover of products installed if necessary.
- Attending tender meetings and follow up on quotes that arise from such meetings.
- Having a good product knowledge of our commercial range of products.
- Providing structured and detailed feedback and call reports to the Sales Manager.
- Promoting, plan and present training courses and product presentations.
- Addressing product issues that arise with clientele, ensure that all queries (technical and sales) are properly addressed.
- Generating new business by using Centurion's lead generation tools.
- Prospects include but not limited:
- o Integrators
- o Architects
- o QC's
- o Strategic Partners
- o Installers
- o Developers
- o Contractors
**Required Qualifications/Experience**:
- A minimum of matric.
- Tertiary degree or IMM equivalent will be advantageous
- Basic knowledge and/or understanding of both electronic or mechanical equipment
- Must have at least 2-5years' experience in an external sales environment specifically dealing in the commercial market with proven track record
- Technical background advantageous
- SAP experience would be advantageous
