**Job Purpose**

To assist with delivery and collection of customer samples, QC samples, raw material samples, etc. To further, assist with collection and delivery of important documents, collection of cheques, depositing cheques into the relevant bank account, collecting and dropping international and domestic visitors at the airport, their hotels and meetings, and assisting management with any other driving duties as and when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load goods in such a manner that damages do not occur.
- Ensure that when collecting goods the quantity and description correspond with supporting documentation.
- Adjust travel routes to avoid road congestion or road construction.
- Promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company during working hours.
- Report any accidents, injuries and vehicle damage to management.
- Ensure all goods leaving the premises must be accompanied by an invoice unless authorised by management.
- Ensure that information on invoices and delivery notes must correspond with goods loaded into the vehicle.
- Spot checks of the quantity loaded and that which appears on the labels and invoice must take place and be recorded in the despatch book.
- Assist with adhoc office shopping.

**We value**:

- At least Grade 12, Senior Certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License Code 10 for at least 3 years.
- PDP Operating License.
- No Criminal Record.
- Clean Driving Record: No major traffic violations, accidents, or points on the driving record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Ability to use GPS, Maps & car manuals.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office).
- Team player, able to work with many different functions and people.
