We are looking for a customer orientated and self-reliant individual to join our Commissions team. Under the direction of the Department Head, you will be responsible for commission payments and reconciliations, customer service and general administration. Keeping the standard of the department at a high level.
- Commission calculations.
- Weekly and Monthly Financial Associates and Broker payments.
- Process requests for advances on new business and requests for releases from the reserve account for Financial Associates and Brokers.
- Reconciliation of overriding for Team Leaders, Area Managers, District Managers, Broker Consultants and Group Scheme Consultants
- Reconciliation of different commission General Ledger accounts.
- Provide training to new employees.
- Grade 12
- 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Computer literate (advanced excel skills will be an added advantage)
