**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Planning and Leadership**:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and improvement of the sectional title portfolio.

Provide leadership and guidance to your Portfolio Assistant and support staff.

2. **Financial Oversight**:
Take a lead role in budget preparation and financial forecasting for the entire sectional title portfolio.

Implement financial strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.

3. **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, homeowners' associations, and stakeholders.

Serve as the main point of contact for high-profile clients and address complex issues.

4. **Risk Management and Compliance**:
Assess potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies for the portfolio.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

5. **Operational Efficiency**:
Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement technology solutions to improve property management systems and procedures.

6. **Team Development**:
Mentor and assist with training junior property managers within the team.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the property management department.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Own transport

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager or in a similar senior-level property management role.

In-depth knowledge of sectional title legislation, property laws, and relevant regulations.

Proven success in managing large and diverse property portfolios.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Professional certification in Property Management or related field.

Experience with high-end or luxury property management.

Familiarity with innovative property management technologies.

Proven ability to drive revenue growth and increase property values.
