Shocker. Big brands, key suppliers and a little bit of OneDayOnly's special stuff comes together to make as many people as possible feel like a big deal. That's the draw card for more than a million potential customers who receive our daily mailer or visit our website and social media. No big deal.
We'll sell anything - if the price and quality are right - and that's exactly what makes us so appealing to both buyer and seller. Couple this with the urgency of the deal and it creates a winning formula for a high number of sales in a very short space of time.

**Who are we?**:
We're a bunch of hard-working, friendly, down-to-earth people who are great at what we do - and love doing it Our work culture is very important to us because we believe that a happy employee is a good employee.
**What we're looking for: the nutshell version**:
We need someone to report to the Demand Planning Manager to help acquire the right stock at the right time for our amazing daily deal site. This requires a person with an eye for detail, great numerical skills and the ability to work under pressure
**What we're looking for: the not-so-nutshell version**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Sourcing product information
- Analysing pricing for potential orders
- Reviewing order details to ensure they are processed accurately
- Capturing data into our system to process orders
- Exporting sales data on **Excel **to assist the planner with stock forecasting
- Exporting warehouse stock data to manage stock levels
- Identify slow-selling products and think of creative strategies to increase sales
- Following up with the procurement team to ensure orders are delivered in time
- ** Strong interpersonal skills** to communicate between all relevant departments when acquiring and managing stock
- Utilising internal systems to monitor current stock levels and assist the planner with stock management and forecasting
**Requirements**:
- Proficient MS Office skills, with a strong focus on **Excel**:
- Analytical with an aptitude for numbers
- Ability to be innovative and think outside the box
- Great **multi-tasker**:
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work well with different departments
- Displays initiative in the working environment
- Constantly striving to improve processes
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Work well under pressure
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant tertiary degree **(BCom preferred)**:
- Preferably Honours degree and above
- Intermediate/advanced level of **Excel** experience
