Job Title: Film, Audio, and Podcast Producer - Travel Agency

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Film, Audio, and Podcast Producer to join our dynamic travel agency. As a producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and delivering engaging visual and audio content that showcases our travel destinations and experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about travel, storytelling, and multimedia production.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute film, audio, and podcast projects that align with the agency's brand and marketing objectives.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to develop content strategies and produce captivating travel-related multimedia content.

3. Manage the end-to-end production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

4. Coordinate and direct film shoots, audio recordings, and podcast episodes, ensuring adherence to creative vision and project timelines.

5. Oversee the editing and post-production process, working closely with editors, sound engineers, and graphic designers to achieve high-quality final deliverables.

6. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and emerging platforms to enhance content production and delivery methods.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and talent agencies for film and audio production requirements.

8. Ensure all content produced complies with legal and copyright guidelines.

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content distribution across various channels, including social media, websites, and streaming platforms.

10. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and engagement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in film, audio, and podcast production, preferably in the travel or related industry.

3. Proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Audacity).

4. Strong storytelling and creative skills, with an eye for visual and audio aesthetics.

5. Knowledge of production equipment and techniques, including cameras, lighting, sound recording, and post-production processes.

6. Familiarity with podcasting platforms, audio editing techniques, and podcast distribution channels.

7. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and talent.

9. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.

10. Passion for travel and a strong understanding of the travel industry and its visual and audio storytelling potential.

**Salary**: From R8,500.00 per month
