As a Sales Advisor working on a vibrant campaign in our vibrant Parktown office, you’ll be responsible for handling customer and sales queries in a professional and courteous manner; confidently handling objections and identifying opportunities across multiple platforms.

You’ll be joining our fun-loving global community of more than 110,000 passionate people who work across 190 locations in over 50 countries delivering exceptional customer experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. Working as part of a team within a fast-paced, dynamic contact centre environment, you will be rewarded for achieving sales targets through understanding customer needs, cross-selling and upselling and delivering service excellence every step of the way.

**What you will be doing**
- Achieving customer expectations and satisfaction through effective sales (core function) and customer service
- Working towards consistently achieving and exceeding set sales targets
- Sharing knowledge and skills with other members of the team
- Communicating new information that is relevant to the campaign to colleagues, customers and managers
- Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the campaign
- Ensuring first contact resolution at all times
- Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processes

**What you'll need**
- Matric
- Strong contact centre sales experience is essential
- Available immediately
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends, on a rotational basis
- MS Outlook experience
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a customer and sales driven environment
- Passion for sales
- High motivation, drive to succeed with ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to overcome objections, resilient and calm under pressure
- Effective team playing with a positive attitude
- Clear disciplinary record and a proven performance record of achieving sales results
