**Job Requirements**
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems for users
- Setup and Installing new computers and peripherals
- Repair or replace defective hardware
- Perform and maintain regular backups
- Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing environments and systems
- Perform routine audits of systems, network and software
- Maintain the computers, network servers and phone technology hardware
- Instruct/Train new users on software or hardware, especially when major upgrades are made / new systems introduced

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Matric
- At least 2 years’ experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Must be in possession of the following certifications: MCSE, MCP/MCTS, A+ and N+

**Necessary Skills & Attributes**
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills - with the ability to interact with confidence with people at all levels within the company.
- Bilingual
- Proactive with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Self-driven and disciplined to meet deadlines / service level agreements without the need for ongoing follow-up.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
