**Job Specification: Sales Consultant**

NightsBridge provides a software platform facilitating online booking in the hotel/travel industry. We power the operations of over 10,000 accommodation establishments and connect these properties to the web channels that market them.

**Location of Position**:Claremont, Western Cape

**Employment Type**:Permanent

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday 08h30 to 17h00.

**About the Role**

You'll be responsible for acquiring new clients by converting leads into sales, using a prioritised and consultative approach to ensure clients have the best product and channel mix to benefit from our platform and love working with us.

**What You'll Do**
- Evaluate client requirements and align them with the benefits of using the platform, presenting relevant support materials and following up to convert leads into sales.
- Qualify potential clients.
- Guide new clients through the sales process, including setup, product demonstrations and _testing._
- Achieve the agreed sales target by onboarding a set number of new clients monthly.
- Provide additional information and advice to clients as required to enhance their use of the product.
- Maintain accurate records of all client and partner communications in the internal CRM system, ensuring seamless customer service. Report customer complaints and feedback to NightsBridge Management and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, clearly communicating, cooperating, and offering guidance to colleagues.

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively.
- Charismatic with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and dynamics, coupled with the drive to handle multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Skilled in assessing clients' needs and overseeing the onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintains a positive attitude and prioritizes client satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.
- A track record of successfully meeting sales targets
