**Role Description**
As a Teacha Success Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and implementing ways to support the +50 000 teachers that are part of the Teacha community. This includes finding easy, implementable ideas for teachers to upskill themselves by increasing access to quality resources and facilitating online professional learning communities. You will also be an ambassador for the Teacha brand, attending relevant educational meetings and establishing relationships with potential and current partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Teacha Resource Marketplace Curation & QA**
- Quality assurance (QA) of products uploaded to Teacha Resources
- Curate collections of resources on Teacha Resources
- Monitor content on Teacha Resources and identify where there is a need in the market, especially for underserved regions
**Seller Engagement and Onboarding**
- Ensure that teachers are successful in becoming a seller, and assisting them where needed
- Work with the Seller Success team to process and verify new sellers on the platform
**Community Management**
- Keep up to date on educational trends and issues and find ways to broaden our offering to teachers worldwide
- Engage with the Teacha Online Community:
- Engage with teachers on our Teacha online platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with users on the Teacha Resources platform
- Assist the customer services team with curriculum or content-related queries
- Assist schools with posting and marketing of school vacancies
- First and foremost, believe in our goal of supporting teachers through online platforms
- Fast learner, with an eye for design
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Is a lifelong learner, willing to learn from others and to share knowledge
- Innovative, problem-solver, hard-worker, be able to help others be better teachers/employees
**Recommended Qualifications/Experience**
- A recognised teaching qualification (BEd / PGCE)
- Teaching experience is advantageous
- Has experience in creating educational content
