**Responsibilities**:
The successful incumbent will be expected to:

- Monitor and ensure the implementation of the academic strategy, standards, and policies on the campus.
- Build the academic culture on the campus.
- Be responsible for ensuring and promoting parity between the Academic Schools operating on the campus.
- Perform quality oversight of academic engagements.
- Support the Student Support function in developing the plan for student support and success on the campus.
- Take responsibility for managing the academic budget on the campus.
- Ensure that the academic resources on the campus, including the library and related systems, meet the CHE and academic programme standards.
- Manage, in collaboration with the Discipline Leaders, the lecturing staff requirements for the Academic Schools represented on the campus.
- Coordinate the effective and efficient roll-out of the general academic delivery on the Campus, based on the directives from the Head of School and the respective Discipline Leader.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Master’s degree
- 5+ years in an academic management position in a higher education environment
- 5+ years of lecturing experience in the appropriate mode
